A model who trains in outfits that nearly bare it all claims her vigorous routine to achieve the perfect body is breaking up relationships.
Isabella Garcia, who trains in the gym for up to three hours every day perfecting her toned physique, said ‘jealous’ girls ‘drag their men away’ from her if they start talking in the gym out of fear she’ll steal their partners.
Ms Garcia, 28, said her skimpy workout sets have gotten her into trouble with other women in the gym for being ‘too revealing.’
The social media influencer wears brightly colored curve-hugging clothes, including short shorts and tight sports bras, much to the fury of ‘possessive’ girlfriends of the men she trains alongside.
Ms Garcia, who regularly flaunts her figure in bikinis and tiny gym outfits on social media, said her appearance leaves girls both in and outside the gym worried she’ll steal their boyfriends.
She said men ‘endlessly’ stare and approach her, and that if women are worried about their partners cheating, the issue isn’t with her but with their relationship.
Ms Garcia, from Los Angeles, said: ‘I get way too much attention from guys when I’m working out.
‘The staring, the lurking, the “accidental” need for help – it’s endless.’

She continued: ‘Some even fake struggling with weights just to get me to notice them. Newsflash, if I can deadlift more than you, I don’t need your help.
‘If women are jealous of me, that sounds like a “them” problem.
‘I’ve literally seen girls grab their boyfriends mid-conversation and drag them away. If that’s happening, maybe your issue isn’t me – it’s your relationship.’
Ms Garcia started training 10 years ago and now focuses not only on cardio and weights but kickboxing too.
She said: ‘It started as a personal challenge, I wanted to see just how much I could push my body, how much I could transform it.
‘At first it was about looking good, but the stronger I got the more I realized it was about power, control, and confidence.
‘I wasn’t just working out, I was building the body I wanted from scratch.
‘Now I go to the gym at least two to three hours a day up to seven days a week.
‘This isn’t a hobby, it’s a commitment. I don’t just squeeze in a workout, I build my life around my training.’
And as she trains, Ms Garcia admits she ‘loves making an entrance’ in bright gym sets and cropped tops and is adamant she’ll never hide body.
She added: ‘I’m not out here training in stilettos, but I do love making an entrance.
‘Bright gym sets, cropped tops, fitted leggings. I’m here to look good and train even better.
‘I also wear weighted ankle straps when I feel like making my workouts extra brutal and I always have my boxing wraps on, even if I’m just lifting.
‘Some people wear oversized shirts and hide but I do the opposite.’

Mrs Garcia said: ‘If women are jealous of me, that sounds like a “them” problem’
While Ms Garcia enjoys flaunting in the gym, some women feel uncomfortable working out in public.
According to research from the UK, women are staying away from the gym because they want to avoid receiving unsolicited compliments about their appearance or exercise technique from men.
But it’s not just the men who are making females feel uncomfortable.
Some women have said they avoid working out in gyms because of women who wear clothing like Ms Garcia does.
When influencers come into gyms in skin-tight leggings and sports bras that leave their chest nearly fully exposed, along with makeup and fake eyelashes, women (in sweatpants and an old college t-shirt) in the gym solely for physical exercise and not to gain followers on social media said they become self conscious and want to forego exercise altogether.
