Nathan Khider was a contestant on the latest series of the BBC’s hit television show The Traitors.
The 39-year-old, a Faithful, was banished in the second episode. Now, however, Nathan’s busying nurturing his property business: Nathan K Real Estate.
The businessman is on the lookout for a buyer for a former funeral undertakers turned bachelor pad in London.
Despite being valued at £3million, the owner of the property is sticking to the £5million asking price.
Speaking to This is Money, Keith Oliver, the owner of the property, said: ‘The house truly represents my personality. It might not be to everyone’s taste, however I never initially bought it with the intention of selling it.
‘It’s honestly the best bachelor pad in the city. I love this house and it’s genuinely perfect for entertaining with the guest bedroom and bathroom. I have entertained guests from all around the world.’

He added: ‘It’s been a labour of love since 2011 so I won’t sell for less than £5million.’
The historic Grade II-listed property in Clerkenwell, originally built in 1797, has undergone an extraordinary transformation, from a former undertakers with a morgue to a striking, one-of-a-kind home.
Despite its dramatic makeover, the property hasn’t completely shed its past.
Its meticulously preserved storefront serves as a reminder of its more morbid origins.
While the coffins are long gone, they’ve been replaced by equally quirky features, including a suit of armour, a model airplane, and an eclectic collection of art.
Bold, vibrant colours fill every room and there isn’t a single white wall in sight.
Now, Traitors star Khider is listing the unique residence, which was initially valued at £3million, for £5million.
Oliver purchased the three-bedroom home from a developer in 2011 with the vision of crafting the ultimate bachelor pad.
Over the last 14 years, he has transformed it into an eclectic home.

He added: ‘We plan to attract high net worth clients looking for a London pied-a-terre.

The property has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a cinema room, a spacious living area, a kitchen and dining room, a large roof terrace and a double garage.
‘The property’s rich history, prime location, and striking interiors truly set it apart’, Khider said.
